Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between profile sales and marketplace sales?
Profile sales happen when someone buys directly from your profile link (e.g. quob.al/username). Marketplace sales happen when someone finds your submission through the QUObal marketplace. Profile sales have a lower commission rate because you brought the buyer yourself.
How do I become a Founding Member?
Founding Member status is granted to the first 1,000 creators who join QUObal. It's activated automatically and lasts for 6 months. You can renew it by staying active on the platform.
How does the referral program work?
Every creator with referrals enabled gets a unique referral link. When someone signs up using your link and makes sales, you earn 2% of their transaction amount (Level 1). If they also refer someone, you earn 1% of that person's sales (Level 2). Commissions are paid automatically via Stripe.
When do I get paid?
Payments are transferred to your connected Stripe account automatically when a transaction is completed. Stripe then pays out to your bank on their standard schedule.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. QUObal has no monthly subscription fees. You only pay commission when you make a sale.
